  • Transfer of your loved one from the place of death to our funeral home
    (30 mile radius)

  • Private family gathering at our chapel

  • Transfer of your loved one to the local cremation facility

  • Alternative Cremation Container (simplest container required for cremation)

  • Simple wood urn

  • Online obituary and guestbook

  • 6 Certified Death Certificates

  • Crematory fee

  • Medical Examiner’s Cremation Permit

  • Applicable sales tax

Memorial Service includes

  • Transfer of your loved one from the place of death to our funeral home

  • Use of staff and chapel for a memorial service

  • Register Book and 50 acknowledgement cards
