Mrs. Loan Hong Truong, age 8o. On May 29,2023 at the Meadowbrook Manor Assisted Living facility in Bolingbrook, IL. Visitation Sunday, June 4,2023 from 1pm until 8pm at the Midtown Funeral Home and Cremation Options, 3918 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago. Funeral Service Monday, June 5, 2023 beginning at 9:30am at the chapel. Final rites of Buddhist cremation rituals will take place at the Montrose Crematory, Chicago.
