You were someone I leaned on when I wasn’t myself. No matter what you were going through, you still showed up with kindness, strength, and a smile that lit up the room.

I’ll miss our talks and hearing you ask “¿tienes chisme?” Every morning as we opened up the store, those moments were what made me look forward to going to work. Thank you for your kindness, your hugs, and for being someone I could always count on. You made a bigger difference than you knew.

Sending my love, prayers, and deepest condolences to your family.

Edgar,
There are no words to express the feeling of you no longer being present with us. Yet your memory will forever live in my heart and mind.

Those gifts that you would bring for us to work on Valentines day or Christmas meant so much. Taking the time to make them and thinking of us as you individually filled them up with goodies. Those small details made such a huge difference in someone's day. I will forever be grateful for that.

I will miss you dearly and my condolences go out to you family.

I had the privilege of knowing and working with Edgar. He always had a smile even when times are hard, and he was one of the friendliest people I've ever met. Edgar is loved by everyone at our store and we miss him dearly. He fought resiliently and may he rest peacefully. Fly high, Edgar. My heart goes out to your family.

So unfair to lose Edgar, but we are so fortunate to have had him in our lives for 24 years. He was a kind man, hard working and dedicated, especially to his husband Jeff. His smile and laugh were wonderful, and we always treasured seeing him. He loved his basketball, coffee, Colombian soaps (!) and enjoying meals out. He and Jeff went to many restaurants for lunches and dinners, and he also enjoyed time in the kitchen. Too many memories to share here. If you met Edgar, you were better having done so. You’re going to be much missed, amigo. Rest well.
