George F. Rice, 56, left us on August 16, 2026, in Chicago, Illinois. Born on September 11, 1969, George spent his life drumming to his own beat.
George was an incredibly talented drummer, and an amazing artist. His creativity was undeniable. He had a rare gift for bringing people together, and he meant the world to everyone who knew him. The incredible outpouring of love at his recent fundraiser proved just how deeply he was loved by all who were lucky enough to have known him. George leaves behind a legacy of music, art, and unforgettable memories.
